Order Processing and Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders on the same business day when payment is confirmed and the order is received before 11:00 AM New Zealand time, Monday to Friday.

Orders received after 11:00 AM, on weekends or on New Zealand public holidays will normally be dispatched on the next business day.

Occasional delays may occur due to product availability or circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping Options

Economy Shipping

Our economical international shipping service includes tracking from New Zealand until the parcel arrives in the destination country. Tracking may not be available for the final stage of delivery within that country.

Tracked Shipping (Recommended)

Our recommended shipping service provides tracking from dispatch in New Zealand through to the final delivery destination, including delivery confirmation where supported by the carrier.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited international shipping may be available by arrangement. Charges are calculated according to parcel weight, destination and available courier services.

Shipping Charges and Free Shipping

Shipping charges vary according to the destination and shipping service selected.

We offer free Economy or Tracked Shipping on qualifying orders to selected destinations. The qualifying order value varies by destination and shipping method.
