Return Eligibility
This returns policy applies to all orders shipped internationally, including the United States, Canada and Australia.
You may request a return or refund within 60 days of the original dispatch date.

Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorisation number.
Conditions for Returns
- Products must be returned within 60 days of purchase
- If multiple units of the same product were purchased, only one opened item per product is eligible for refund
- Additional units must be unopened to qualify
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- If the product is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the returned product is received
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (if applicable)
- No other deductions are made
