We hope you are all well and not suffering from the Covid-19 pandemic or indeed from the effects on the economy.
Here in New Zealand we had eliminated the virus completely for 3 weeks because of a very strict lock-down across the whole country for about 2 months.
However, we now have a small number of new infections due to infected people arriving into New Zealand from poorly managed border controls and lack of proper testing protocol.
I can assure you that as a nation who have made major sacrifices to eliminate Covid-19 we are extremely unhappy with the bureaucrats who have allowed this to happen. New, stricter measures are now in place to prevent spread of infection and to ensure that no new cases are released from compulsory quarantine until tested negative.
Regarding our on-line sales, we are functioning normally now and able to ship most products within a day or two of receiving your orders. However a reduction of scheduled international flights from NZ to most destinations has extended delivery times considerably from what would have been 1-2 weeks to US, to now more like 4-5 weeks and unfortunately we are not able to do anything abut this. It is not only the reduction of international flights but also the processing at both ends as service people observe social distancing which also delays progress.
The good news however is that orders are still arriving, we have not lost any packages at all so you will still receive your order.
A few people have become quite frustrated about the delays so we do recommend taking tracking for your order which does cost a little more but you will be able to follow its progress by having it tracked.
We have now extended free shipping and tracking for all orders over $100.00 so this can be an opportunity to add another product or two to your cart and receive free shipping and tracking.
